What you can expect at our sessions

  • PLAYING SPORTS IS A GREAT WAY TO EXPAND YOUR SOCIAL CIRCLE. ACTIVITIES ARE USUALLY DONE IN GROUPS, SO COMMUNICATING AND WORKING AS A TEAM ARE A BIG PART OF SESSIONS AND WILL HELP YOU TO MAKE NEW CONNECTIONS WITH OTHER CHILDREN.

    WE ENCOURAGE CHILDREN TO HELP AND SUPPORT EACH OTHER DURING OUR SESSIONS. A NICE COMMENT, OR A HIGH-FIVE CAN REALLY MAKE SOMEONE’S DAY!

  • YOU DON’T NEED TO WORRY ABOUT SCORING GOALS OR RUNNING FAST, IT ISN’T ABOUT COMPETITION, IT’S ABOUT HAVING A GOOD TIME AND TAKING PART. THERE WILL BE DIFFERENT GAMES AND DRILLS TO SUIT ALL ABILITIES, WITH RANGE OF EQUIPMENT.

  • EACH SESSION YOU WILL LEARN AND DEVELOP NEW SKILLS AND BY THE END OF THE TERM YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE HOW MUCH YOU HAVE IMPROVED!

    WE CAN WORK WITH YOU TO SET ANY SPECIFIC TARGETS YOU HAVE, OR TO IMPROVE ANY SKILLS THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO GET BETTER AT.

    SPORT IS ALSO A GREAT WAY TO BUILD CONFIDENCE, WHICH CAN HELP YOU IN MANY DIFFERENT LIFE SITUATIONS.

  • PLAYING REGULAR SPORT HELPS YOU TO KEEP FIT AND HEALTHY AND SHOWN TO HAVE SIGNIFICANT MENTAL HEALTH BENEFITS.

    MAKING MISTAKES IS AN EXTREMELY IMPORTANT PART OF SPORT AND LIFE IN GENERAL AND IS A VERY HELPFUL TOOL FOR IMPROVING OUR PERFORMANCE IN THE FUTURE. WE WILL HELP YOU TO REDUCE MISTAKES IN A FUN, SUPPORTIVE AND ENCOURAGING WAY.

  • AS WELL AS BEING GOOD FOR YOUR BODY, EXERCISE IS ALSO GOOD FOR YOUR BRAIN. WHEN YOU ARE FIT AND HEALTHY YOU CAN CONCENTRATE FOR LONGER, WHICH CAN HELP YOU TO DO BETTER AT SCHOOL.
